At Built By DAO, we understand that finding remote work can be a challenge, especially for digital nomads who value freedom and flexibility in their lifestyle. That’s why we are excited to offer our members a Remote Job Search Matching Program that guarantees a remote job or a job in their first place of contract.

Program Overview:

As part of this program, Built By DAO will provide a personalized job search and matching service for members who opt into the program. Members will work with a Built By DAO job search coordinator to identify their skills, interests, and desired remote work arrangements. Our job search coordinators will leverage our network and partnerships to identify remote job opportunities that match members’ preferences and qualifications, and assist them in applying.

Program Details:

Members who secure a remote job through the program will be allowed to maintain their Built By DAO membership and housing arrangements while working remotely. Members who secure a job in their first place of contract with Built By DAO will be given the option to go remote when it is time for their next location to live.

Responsibilities of Built By DAO Members:

• Members who sign up for the job matching program will be required to submit their resume, cover letter, and any relevant information about their skills and work experience.
• Members will be matched with remote job opportunities or jobs in their first place of contract based on their qualifications and preferences.
• Members are responsible for following up with potential employers and participating in interviews.

Responsibilities of Built By DAO:

• Built By DAO will make every effort to identify and present remote job opportunities that match members’ preferences and qualifications. However, Built By DAO cannot guarantee employment and does not have control over the hiring decisions of prospective employers.
• Built By DAO will actively seek out remote job opportunities and job opportunities in members’ first places of contract through various job boards, networking sites, and other means.
• Built By DAO will provide members with a list of potential job opportunities and assist with the application process.
• Built By DAO does not guarantee that members will be offered a job through the program, as job opportunities are dependent on the availability of suitable positions and the employer’s hiring process.
• Built By DAO will maintain the confidentiality of members’ personal information and will not share their information with third-party employers without their consent.

Program Terms:

• Members who opt into the program and secure a remote job are required to maintain their Built By DAO membership and housing arrangements for the duration of their employment agreement, or until they opt out of the program.
• Members who opt into the program and secure a job in their first place of contract with Built By DAO are required to maintain their Built By DAO membership and housing arrangements for the duration of their employment agreement, or until they opt out of the program.
• Members who opt into the program and secure a remote job are responsible for fulfilling the terms and responsibilities of their employment agreement with their employer.
• Members who opt into the program and secure a job in their first place of contract with Built By DAO are responsible for fulfilling the terms and responsibilities of their employment agreement with Built By DAO.
• Members who opt into the program and are unable to secure a remote job or a job in their first place of contract with Built By DAO within 6 months of signing up may opt out of the program.
• Members who opt into the program and are unable to secure a remote job or a job in their first place of contract with Built By DAO after 6 months but before 9 months of signing up, may request to exit the program with the right to receive a prorated deposit refund.
